Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) teaches you how to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental health and substance us challenges among adults.

We will offer two virtual certification dates in the fall of 2026:

• September 5th: 12:00 - 6:00 PM

• September 19th 12:00 - 6:00 PM

This course is valued at $170. However, to offset costs of receiving training, we are excited to offer the course at $35, the cost of the training materials.
